Thanksgiving at the Farm

Happy Thanksgiving, friends! I am so grateful for each and every one of you. Without you, this dream of making jewelry for people who truly love it would never be a reality, so thank you.

Like many people, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. We alternate spending it with my mom's family one year and my dad's family the next. This year, we'll be at the family farm out in Alabama that has been in the family for 4 generations now. We'll gather with about 50 of my first and second cousins and feast on great food and conversation. There is absolutely nothing on the agenda today but spending time together and eating - it's amazing, and I can't wait. As the years have gone on, our Thanksgiving numbers have grown with marriages and babies. This will be the first time my niece Thea is with this family on Thanksgiving, and it's a sweet occasion because "The Farm" is where my sister and her husband wed over 6 years ago.

What are you most excited about this Thanksgiving? Do you have any family traditions you look forward to all year long?

On a different note, I'll 100% be wearing leggings and a comfy sweater today - and, of course, some favorite jewelry staples. My first ever jewelry photo shoot was done at the farm over 2 years ago (see pic below), so this place is just so very special to me.

Also, If you're anywhere near St. Simon's Island GA on Saturday, please stop by my trunk show with Butler's Stash! They have some amazing deals this weekend you won't want to miss.
