July's 5 Happy Things

You guys, I lied. I'm so sorry. I totally fell off this happy things track. I even said I would write 10 for June because I forgot to do May's. And then, life got in the way, and I forgot to do June's.

So, here we are, starting fresh. Let's dive right in, shall we?

1. I've been at the beach with my fam this week.
(Sorry that all my happy things revolve around my family - I love them #noshame.) Thea, my niece, is at such a fun age, and my two nephews are squishy and giggly and adorable and I love them so much. Aunt life is the best life.

2. I've been working on some super fun projects for August that I reallllyyyy can't wait to share with y'all.
I'll have a sneak preview of one coming next week so stay tuned. Also, if you love birthdays (specifically your own then you'll love the other project, too).

3. Ya'll are loving the Morse Code Series more than ever this summer.
Each week, our best selling items have come from that collection, and I couldn't be more grateful that yall fell in love with it as much as I have. I wear my MC climbers just about everyday. Side note: if you've purchased a piece from the MC collection and would like to share your story behind the words encoded, I'd really really love to hear it. I sent out an email to all previous customers last week that I'm working on putting together a blog post series about people's morse code stories, and I would really love to know your story. Send me an email to get involved!

4. I'm obsessed with following and supporting other small business owners.
Like, I love love watching cool brands grow and develop on Instagram. So, in light of that, here are some of my favorites as of late. If yall like my sharing these with you, for real let me know, and I'll find a more structured way to do it! I live by the motto "There's enough for everyone" in the creative secter.  We all have our different talents and as long as all of us creative entrepreneurs respect each other then there's no reason we can't or we shouldn't ALL succeed. A rising tide lifts all boats.

5. I'm also super obsessed with hats.
Here are a few I'm currently coveting (some for now, some for later). Reeealllly eyeing the Gigi Burris one...

from Madewell (& on sale! perfect for the Fall)

Fingers crossed I remember to do this in August...
